3PX, Three Pillars for Excellence

The Three Pillars for Excellence is a framework that maps out the three enabling pillars of Fractal Structure, Leadership Breadth and Navigating Futures. It uses an adaptation of Joe Peppard’s Benefits Dependency Network explained in the HBR article, “A Tool to Map your Next Digital Initiative” June 4th, 2016. The mapping tool starts with the Three Pillars for Excellence and maps across;

1. The three Enablers to achieve excellence,

2. How to use the enablers with Enabling Organisational Changes,

3. What Sustaining Organisation Changes are created, including the Front-Line Team Mandate and Management’s Mandate.

4. How these changes create Business Enablers leading to achieving the Business Objectives.
